Puget Sound ENT Pilots Phreesia for Streamlined Scheduling Assistance

Checking in and filling out paperwork for your appointment can add an extra 20 to 30 minutes on top of your visit. But what if we could streamline this process?

Puget Sound ENT has partnered with the mobile check-in service Phreesia to pilot a program that enables you to:

  • Review and update your demographic information
  • Acknowledge and sign office policies
  • Enter necessary payment information in private

Changing the way you fill out paperwork saves time, makes your life easier and ensures your health records are always up to date. It also streamlines processes for our team, so we have more time and attention to devote to providing optimal patient care.

What Is Phreesia?

Phreesia is an app accessible via your smartphone, computer or tablet that allows you to complete pre-registration forms whenever and wherever you wish, in either Spanish or English. You’ll receive an email or text notification from us prior to your appointment inviting you to check-in. Completing all of the requested information before arriving for your appointment reduces wait time in the office.

Will Phreesia Be Required for all Future Appointments?

Yes, Phreesia will be used for all patient appointments. Once you have completed the initial registration, your next check-in will be quicker because Phreesia saves your answers for you. If you are unable to finish registration before your appointment, see one of our receptionists for a new registration link. Phreesia saves information you have entered.

How Can I Trust That Phreesia Is Secure?

Our practice and Phreesia are held to the same data protection and privacy standards, and we are both compliant with the HIPAA guidelines that keep your information safe and secure. Your sensitive information is protected by Phreesia’s industry-leading privacy and security protocols for all patient and financial data. Only approved providers and staff working with you can access your information and it will NEVER be sold to anyone for any purpose.
