Morgan Kriz, DPT

Vestibular Physical Therapist

Dr. Morgan Kriz holds a doctorate in Physical Therapy, specializing in balance and vestibular rehabilitation. She earned her doctorate degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California, in 2012.

Dr. Kriz has a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, providing a foundation for general musculoskeletal conditions that may contribute to balance limitations.

Her focus as a provider is for patients to feel empowered with management of their condition and learn strategies to live a functional life so they can participate in the activities that they love. Dr. Kriz tries her best to educate patients so they can be proactive in their healthcare and strives to communicate well with other providers to give efficient and quality care through a multidisciplinary approach.

Morgan uses evidence-based guidelines when creating a patient’s individualized plan of care for vestibular rehabilitation. Dr. Kriz believes the key to getting the most out of life is to make it fun, and tries to incorporate this into her rehabilitation programs so the brain can retain the information for long-term management.

In her career as a physical therapist, Dr. Kriz has worked with patients in several different clinical settings, including high-level military service personal during her experience at the San Diego Naval Medical Hospital Comprehensive Combat and Complex Casualty Care (C5); pre and post-surgical management in a hospital setting, managing individuals with acute and chronic vestibular impairments, concussion symptoms, cervical spine impairments and works closely with the geriatric population for fall prevention, wellness education and improving balance.
