Dr. Kate Klimara, Au.D., CCC-A, is a doctor of audiology specializing in hearing loss and aural rehabilitation. She loves being able to help others re-establish communication and connection with the world. She believes that improving hearing health is a collaborative effort that often involves patience, creativity and personalization. Her goal is to instill confidence in her patients as they improve their communication abilities, whether they use hearing aids, bone-anchored devices and/or cochlear implants.
Dr. Klimara earned her Doctor of Audiology at Purdue University and completed her clinical externship at the University of Michigan Hospital and Clinics.
Before moving to Seattle, she lived and worked in Iowa City for several years. When she’s not at work, she enjoys hiking and running with her dogs.
